Let’s go over the standard “RMG” (Robert M Gross) Client Success Forumla (In other words – How I plan to work with you to find the home of your dreams!
Step 1: Let’s Talk - I always start off with a no hassle phone call with you and your family. It helps both you and I tremendously if we both understand exactly what your specific needs are. We talk about preferred towns, budget and other important information in this crucial initial phone call.
Step 2: Brainstorming - Now that I have an understanding of what you need I am off to the races. I will email you a handful of incredible initial home choices. You can look through them at your leisure and get back to me to ask questions or to schedule visits to specific homes on the list.
Step 3: Time to meet: Now that we have a plan of attack – we can meet and talk over some details and get to see some houses!
Step 4: Let’s see some houses – During this process I will be with you every step of the way. I will give you honest expert advice on both the positive and negatives about the houses we are viewing. I would never, ever place you in a home I wouldn’t personally let my own family live in.
Step 5: Picking a winner – Of course there are steps between this one and the last, but once we decide on a home you absolutely love we will discuss the finer details about the home and the next steps needed.
Step 6: Bidding to win – Placing the initial bid on any home is amongst the most crucial steps in the entire process. I will guide you (based on 25 years of experience) about what your initial bid should be.
Step 7: Reaching the finish line – If all goes well and we get our bid accepted, I will guide you right to the finish line. There are lots and lots of important matters to discuss in this phase but there is no need to worry! This is not my first rodeo! I make it my business to make sure you get everything inspected and appraised properly, and most importantly I make sure everything goes well legally and that the closing table is a success as well.
